Techmate Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • We accept returns for damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or defective products.
    • Returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not eligible.
  2. Time Limit for Returns:
    • Customers must initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or defective products).
    • In case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs.
  5. Inspection and Restocking Fees:
    • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
    • If the item is in its original condition and can be resold as new, no restocking fee will be applied.
    • If the item requires refurbishment, repackaging, or cannot be resold as new, a restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from the refund.
  6. Refund Options:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Customers have the option of: a) Receiving a full refund to the original payment method. b) Exchanging the item for another product of equal value. c) Receiving store credit to be used for future purchases.
  7. Exceptions:
    • The following items are not eligible for return: a) Perishable items. b) Personalized or customized products. c) Items with hygiene concerns

Techmate Cancellation Policy
